Most of you already know Jazz trumpetist John Shannon, who was homeless for nearly 8 years, in the City of Riverside.
He plays trumpet everyday during the Festival of Lights, and his musical abilities have touched many souls.

With the help of a few loving souls, just like yours, John was able to get himself out of the Riverbed, and he has been sober since. We love him dearly and are continuing to improve his daily life.

He is in need of extensive dental work, most of which is paid by MediCal, but there is still an out of pocket of $550 to pay.
Unfortunately for John this year, The City of Riverside has new regulations for street performers during the Festival of Lights, which will affect directly John's ability to make enough money to pay for his dental work.
