Joey Forrester's Headstone

My son "Joey" Joseph Allan Forrester drown May 22nd 2018. Not a minute I breathe is his smile and contagious laugh not missed. Last summer I had a campaign to get the funds for his headstone.  We also fundraised as a community and raised almost all of the money needed. It is ordered  and should be here soon. They will not install it until the bill is paid in full. About $1,000 dollars needs to still be paid for. (The goal amount has been adjusted due to the other money has been put on the stone)I was hoping to figure out how to pay this with tax money or save enough to just pay it. Unfortunately I just can't. I am the mother of 2 beautiful girls and am making sure bills are paid and they are provided for. Joe was placed in the Garden of Promise which requires an upright headstone, if I would have understood the price, I would of had him put to rest where a flat stone was ok. I also did not understand the headstone is a seperate cost. At the time arranging his services I could not think. The outpour of the public, friends, and family to lay him to rest was so unbelievable and I am so so forever grateful to everyone who helped bury my son. Him not having a headstone hurts the heart. The final gift I can not give. I know a headstone is for the living....but I go there....I sit and talk to him....I know he is at peace and I know he is happy and ok. Please help me give Joey his final gift. This year mark is crushing my soul. One year without my son and chapters of his life just ripped from us all. I know many of you go sit there with him. Is your place to remember every silly moment. I would do anything to have one more minute. Love you All
