Joe's down and needs our help

Joe has worked at Smuggler's Cove for 18 years.  Many of you know him from there, some have known him from other places he's worked before, some are family and friends.  But we all love Joe and consider him to be a great friend/family!  Joe has been working only three days a week for the past few months due to a herniated disc, and those three days have been a painful physical and financial struggle for him.  
FINALLY Joe's surgery date is here.  On Wednesday the 26th of September, Joe will finally have the surgery he has been waiting for, BUT.. with the surgery comes time out of work.  With him only working part time for months already, he can't afford the time off.  Joe needs our help!!
