Joe Bev's Cancer / House Fund
My name is Joe Bevilacqua. I am a radio broadcaster and professional actor, as well as a local community leader raising thousands for the Ellenville Playground (I raised over $2300), the local hospital and kindergarten, and more.*
Fives years ago, I was diagnosed with cancer. I am now in remission and ready to go back to work. (I actually have worked half-time throughout the cancer treatments and their side effects.)
Sadly, recently, my wife of 19 years left me. When she did, she also left me all the bills. Among them, and of utmost urgency, is my property taxes which I owe for 2015 and 2016.
My home mortgage is very low, but my taxes are not rolled into the mortgage. If I can pay these taxes, I will be able to save my home and be able keep payments on it while I search for job.
I want to stay in this community and be part of helping the Ellenville, New York area, in the future.
As a side note, my property was the backdrop to the "Camp Waterlogg" segments on my Sirius-XM Radio series, The Comedy-O-Rama Hour.
I also have produced of 170 audio titles, from original content and radio theater to audiobooks and documentary. These CD collections will be allotted to you as a gift based upon the level you donate.
