Reunite Mum and 9 year old son

My best friend, Jodie, has moved to Jordan to commence legal action in the Sharia Court to apply for her parental rights of her little boy, Laith. He is being kept in Jordan by his father.
Jodie is a loving and dedicated mum. Her children are her life. I have seen Jodie suffer so much missing Laith. It has at times, almost been too much and she has almost given up on her own life.
Laith is an Australian citizen, born in Sydney and lived in Sydney for 6 years. Her Jordanian ex-husband is keeping him in Jordan against her will, and probably against Laith's will. He is too young to really know what is going on.
Jodie did the right thing and lived there to let their son know his Jordanian family. When she had to return to Australia for a month 3 years ago, her ex-husband told her to never return to Jordan, and that he was keeping their son. Laith was 6 at the time. He is 9 now.
She has spent 3 years trying to reason with her ex-husband to bring him back to Australia, or to let her talk to her son. All she has had a are a few Skype calls in 3 years. Sadly, Laith's father has turned Laith against his own mum. Laith does not speak English anymore. Maybe because he has been so badly brainwashed.
I have watched Jodie be tortured by her ex husband for 3 years. It is parental alienation at its worst.
Jodie needs URGENT financial help to be able to live in Jordan while going through the court proceedings.

Help get this Australian child back with his mum, and hopefully back to Australia. The Australian Government have rejected her claim for assistance for legal fees. They claim they cannot help with "Domestic" legal action. They have helped with people who have tried to illegally get their children back, but Jodie is doing things through the right legal channels.
We are so very grateful for any help that we can provide for Jodie to be with her son and bring him home. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
