Jobless, 1/2 VA Pay Taken By State

Not working, pushing the VA for a higher disability rating in the meantime. Horribly behind on child support, judge just forced me to pay 1/2 of my VA benefits to ex-wife, which makes me unable to pay my other obligations. Just need something coming in now, until I get work. 

Full disclosure: The goal ($1200) is "padding" for two months, as she is taking $600 per month from me.
