Arabella's National History Journey

Donation protected
My name is Arabella Sarver. I go to Vonore Middle School where I am a straight A student and in the Gifted Program. I am a Cadette Girl Scout, I do French & Indian War history re-enacting, I have acted in several plays and a documentary for PBS.

My love of acting and history have led me to do a National History Day Individual Junior Performance on Ada Lovelace, the first female computer coder. I placed first in Southeast Regional Competition in Tennessee and second place at Tennessee State Finals.

With your support and love I will be able to continue my journey to compete at National level in College Park, MD June 12 - 16, 2016. The funds we raise will be used for NHD registration fees and travel expenses.

This project has been seven months in the making. I had to do research, write a process paper, annotated bibliography, write and perform a script, with guidance from my parents, teachers and friends who have supported me thus far. I have also had to design a set, acquire costuming and props. This is my first year participating in National History Day.

I would like to personally thank you for your support.

Love,

Arabella
