Goodbye's are tough to say but we didn't expected it to be so quick for my cousin Jimmy Phomtalikhith.
On the morning of October 22nd, Jimmy's neighbors saw him sitting in his car in the driveway for an hour. When they went to check on him, he was not conscious. Jimmy's neighbors performed CPR on him, and called 911. An ambulance came, and did everything in their power to get him breathing again. However, they were unsuccessful. The cause of death is still being investigated.
I received the news through a call from my mom, but was in disbelief. I thought I might have misheard. I called my sister, and she repeated what my mom said. I still couldn't believe it. We went to his house immediately. When we arrived, I saw police cars parked in front of the driveway. As I walked closer, I learned my worst nightmare came true.

Hi everyone, my name is William Joey Phomtalikhith. I'm raising money in hopes of helping my aunt & uncle with funeral expenses for my cousin Jimmy Phomtalikhith who passed away at the young age of 28.
Jimmy was one of the most important people in my life. He was an older brother to me, and my best friend. I grew up with him, worked with him, lived with him. I could go on for days about all the things we've done together. Losing him is truly the most painful thing I've ever experienced.
He was young, energetic, fun loving and social. His passing leaves a big void in the life of friends and family whose lives he has touched. Everyone that knew him is trying hard to come to terms with such a tragic and sudden loss.
I am reaching out to all good hearted fellow friends for extending financial support in this hour of sorrow. It would be great help for his parents to cope with the situation without a financial burden on their minds, though it cannot compensate the loss of a beloved son. I hope and pray that Jimmy’s soul rests in peace and everyone finds strength to handle this extreme loss.
