"An educated child unlocks the mind and soul to freedom" Jimmy Chan.
Tuk Tuk driver by day, English teacher for free to his beloved village children at night. Every night. Jimmy Chan is an inspirational man who has dedicated his life to educating the less fortunate children of Cambodia to ensure they have every chance in this life.
We had the privilege to visit Jimmys Village School and see first hand this amazing man in action. His students (and everyone he comes into contact with) love and respect him and it's easy to see why. He lives and breathes love, honour and respect for his country and the Cambodian people. He puts his hand in his own pocket whenever possible to feed the hungry, educate the children, and give the remote village people anything he can that helps them in their daily struggles.
The money raised will go to building a school for the underprivileged children in Siem Reap, Cambodia. We are also aiming to raise enough to set up a mobile facility to ensure that the remote village children also have access to education they have a right to, but have no means of getting without our help.
Please help in our quest to raise as much funds as we possibly can and make the beautiful smiles of the Cambodian people, even brighter.
