Jim Barkers medical expenses

For the past couple of years I have had a problem with my liver. This takes the form of liquid retention and I have to go into hospital every 2-3weeks to have my stomach drained.They usually manage to extract 8litres on average. The medication I'm on makes me very confused and I have no strength or stamina. I have lost about four stone of muscle weight. I've been doing this for over two years until I was ill enough for them to decide I need a transplant. I have to go into hospital at the beginning of November for a five day series of tests to find out if I'm actually suitable for a transplant.The problem is that  I'm self employed  and I need funding to cover the week I'm going to be out of action. This will go towards monthly direct debit expenses and mortgage.
