Jim Choate Family Cobra Coverage

As many of you know Jim Choate suffered a heart attack on February 20th and a stroke on February 24th.  His medical insurance has lapsed and we need to buy COBRA coverage (for the entire family) through the end of the year.  We hope to find a cheaper plan for 2018.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  There isn't enough income through disability to pay for the insurance.
