Help my Dog dude

Urgently help is needed. Dude is in the vet hospital. He's had an accident and I'm beside my self. The vet says the bill is probably around 5000 dollars and I don't have that money laying around. I dropped my last 200 on the bill and I desperately need help to cover the vet. He's going to need a month of care after with bandage changes and whatnot but that doesn't matter. He's my family. The vet won't do a payment plan and I am here  as a last resort. I need help. Please help my little dude. He's 8 months old and the best most smartest dog ever. They won't release him unless I pay and if I can't pay then I'll have to sign him over to the vet and that's either a new home or death. I can't live with that. Please help.
