We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Miami-Dade Police Sergeant, Jesus Aldao, 41, of Miami, Florida. He passed unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, while in his sleep. He leaves behind his loving wife, Francia Aldao, and their two children, ages 14 and 9.
Sergeant Aldao was with the MDPD for 13 years, 8 years of which he spent in the Special Victims Bureau, primarily in the Sexual Crimes Section. While there he proudly served the citizens of Miami Dade County with one of the biggest hearts anyone has ever known.
All of the Aldao family, friends, and acquaintances are devastated and are trying to figure out how to help the family navigate through these times. This page is being established to start a fund to assist the family through whatever they may need in the coming years.
