In loving memory of Jessica "Jax" Jackson.
It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of our sweet Jax. No one can ever prepare to deal with one of life's most traumatic experiences of losing a love one. So as we unpack the grief, we are left with having more questions than answers.
On March 6, 2017, Jessica was driving a cement truck on I-5 when her rear tire blew and caused her truck to spin out of control. Jessica was ejected out of her vehicle and pronounced deceased at the scene.
Jessica was so young and full of life. She was taken from us way too soon. She was always passionate at everything she did. Along with being an amazing photographer, she had a love for riding motorcycles. For 7 years, Jessica devoted her time to our practice to serve patients with love and respect.
As we go through this difficult time, on behalf of Active Life Team Chiropractic, we are asking for prayers first and foremost for her wife, Breeyone, her family and her friends. In addition, we are asking for donations to help put this angel to rest and to help her family with any financial needs that may arise. No donation is too small.
