Jersey's Eye Surgery

Hi my name is Jersey. I am my mommy's service dog and she loves me very much. My eye lashes are turned the wrong way and are scraping my cornia's and I'm going blind. I need a surgery called Entropion Eyelid Repair in both of my eyes.
My mommy needs some financial help. She is disable and lives on a very limited income. I take real good care of her and she takes real good care of me too. But, we need some extra help.
