Jerry's Cancer Recovery Fund

I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer back in June. I am scheduled to have surgery to remove the cancer on August 29th. I had been driving a taxi and had planned to continue til right before the surgery. However the company let me go a the end of July. Since then my car has broken down and is not running. I had it towed back to my RV in Dunn but do not have the money to fix it. I am staying in the RV but the refrigerator is not working. On top of all of this my cell phone decided to quit working. 
      I have doctor appointments before the surgery and during my recovery period which will be at least two months. These medical trips are to New Bern which is over two hours away.
      I have added Michelle Jennette to my account. It says she is beneficiary but she is just handling my money while I have surgery and go through my recovery. GoFund Me does not have an agent option so this is only way she can access the money while I am out of commission.
      I hope to be able to get back on my feet after that. Thank you in advance for your help.
