Jerry's Kidney Transplant Fund

As many of you may know Jerry was recently diagnosed with acute kidney failure, aka end-stage kidney disease and is in need of a kidney transplant. (Read more about the process below)

He is currently receiving treatments, taking medication, as well as dialysis three times per week.
However he has to raise some money before he can get a possible transplant. He is also struggling financially and is currently unable to work  because of this.
Before he can receive a transplant, Jerry has to have badly needed surgery to eliminate the possibility of infection after the transplant, so  oral surgery is needed that would eliminate the possible threat of infection as well as, would replace teeth due to an oral disease of the bone and gum.
If a kidney becomes available and Jerry has not had this surgery, he will get passed over and go back on the waiting list which can easily be 3 to 5 years.
But if he can have the surgery as soon as possible, he has a donor that is ready to donate a kidney to him.
these funds would also take care of transportation for the donor, meals and lodging as well as other expenses.
Your help would also provide some relief for Jerry with mounting bills, housing, food, and other expenses while he awaits his kidney transplant and the post recuperation period.
