Jeremiah Mitchell Funeral Expenses

My 17 year old son, Jeremiah Mitchell, was unexpectedly killed in a hit and run on Monday, December 18, 2017.
Jeremiah was loved by all who knew him. This was a senseless incident, that none of us could have imagined would happen.
I had life insurance for Jeremiah through a past employer and it had not been switched to my new employer before Tragedy struck.
