Help Jeff Chamberlain beat cancer

Dear friends and family,
My dad has recently posted on his blog. I have included an excerpt below but please see his blog for the post in it's entirety. I am personally so grateful to all of you for your support and love since I started this gofundme account for my dad. It has been such a rollercoaster and I am so incredibly grateful my dad is still here with us and going strong. It's a true miracle. The fight's not over, but he is still here and we are truly blessed. THANK YOU!!

Excerpt from dad's blog:

"Brief update: I’m just now pulling myself out of a winter hibernation like a ground hog poking its head up to survey life above ground. I’m on the tail end of a deep dive into trench warfare with an unexpected cancer assault. I miscalculated the critical importance of a couple of pieces of my treatment plan. I learned a lesson that nearly pushed me over the edge. It was scary. Oxycodone became necessary to get through the day. I didn’t expect to ever again be pain free. The oncologist looked me in the eye and said I possibly only had 3-6 months if I didn’t jump on his recommended treatment [not chemo]) I took his advice and doubled down on certain key alternative treatments as well. Details for another day.

I’m digging myself out of the ditch. I’m gaining weight back. I’m getting stronger. I see an optimistic pathway forward. I can once again see the blue in the sky.

It is with a profound sense of gratitude that I thank all of you who have supported me through a very challenging two years. You are my dear old friends— and dear new friends.

There is no question in my mind that the first major breakthrough for me was a year ago when I took a chance on an alternative treatment plan that was very costly and not covered by insurance. It only became possible when my daughters reached out with a GoFundMe campaign. Because of your generosity I was able to take advantage of protocols that flattened out the skyrocketing spread of cancer at that time. It bought me valuable time. My oncologist couldn’t explain the sudden turn around.

Dear Lord, thank you ALL. I can’t express how touched I still am with your kindness!!!!! "
