Jeff Lewis Family Assistance Fund

Jeff Lewis, a retired member of the Greater Eagle Fire Protection District passed away unexpectedly at his home in Bayfield, CO on June 26th. Jeff started with GEFPD as a volunteer in 2006 and was hired full time in 2007. Jeff continued to be an integral part of our agency until his retirement in 2016. Jeff had a huge heart and was loved by everyone in the agency and the community that he served. As a member of the Greater Eagle Fire Protection District, Jeff was an original charter member of our IAFF Local 4815. In his memory, L4815 is raising funds for his family to help ease some of the troubles funding the unexpected costs associated with his passing. Jeff will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
