Jeff Callihan's medical bills

My husband, Jeff Callihan, was sitting at the computer on June 6, 2019 when he suddenly fell off the chair, landing face down on the floor.  My husband's heart had stopped beating and showed no signs of life.  My sons and myself started CPR.  The paramedics arrived within a couple minutes and took over.  Jeff had to be shocked back to life in the paramedic truck as well as in the cardiac cath lab and also in surgery.  It was a miracle that Jeff survived this massive heart attack.  He had 3 arteries that were closed!  Jeff made it thru thanks to the amazing care that he received by the paramedics in Mogadore as well as the care that Jeff received at Akron General Medical Center.  He had a triple bypass surgery on June 7th.  Jeff spent 8 days in ICU as well as two days in the step down unit.  Jeff is recuperating at home with the help of his wife, Lily, daughter, Rachael and  sons, Kyle and Kory. 

Jeff found out that as a result of the heart attack he injured his kidney.  He has to have his right kidney removed in August 2019.  Medical bills have begun to pile up already and more coming in August.

Jeff is expected to be off work a very long time.  He has to recuperate from his heart surgery as well as a kidney removal.  Jeff will have to take rehab for his heart after he has healed from his kidney removal. 

Jeff has lived his entire life in Mogadore with the exception of living in Akron a few years before moving back to Mogadore in 1997.
