Emergency surgery for Sadie

Hello everyone! My mom’s second daughter, and her pet Sadie is in need of an emergency surgery. Sadie is 7 years old and is a long haired chihuahua. Sadie became ill a few days ago and we took her to the emergency vet tonight since she has not gotten any better.
She has pyrometra, which is a bacterial infection in the uterus that makes the uterus expand and will erupt if we do not do an emergency surgery.
This was our last resort but we don’t really have any other options. My dad had to be put on disability and that took a big budget cut for my parents a couple of years ago. We now do not have an emergency fund so we are turning towards the community. Thank y’all so much and if you can not help, please share. ❤️
