I am a member of Time & Space.
Time and Space is a unique service in Glasgow offering support and information to people who hear voices and people who self-harm and their supporters.
People who experience voice hearing and self harm often experience stigma and isolation.
We currently open two days a week but due to the severe cuts in mental health and other vital support services we need to open an additional day , by raising this money we could offer an extra full days support . We need to cover rent , heat, volunteer expenses (counsellors etc) food and hot drinks.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated, we are a very small organization and every penny will go far.
