Two of our colleagues at JCI Dublin have recently lost their home in a fire. I don't want to say who they are, as it is their own story to tell. But needless to say, it has been a very upsetting and unsettling experience.
They have to find a new place to live, as well as to replace all the things they have lost. I imagine they will need to replace clothes, bedding, household items, etc. These things can be very costly, and could obviously not have been planned for. So I am asking all of our JCI members to donate any amount that you can to help our colleagues out, during this horrible time!
You can also help by letting the JCI Dublin Council know of any apartments available to rent in Dublin.
At JCI we are all looking for ways to change the world; here is a way we can help some of our own friends and colleagues during a difficult situation.
