Jayne's got to 'walk' 500 miles

So I've never done anything like this before, but if you can, I need help please.  I have to go to London for cancer treatment crap, to basically save my life (so dramatic, but true!), for at least 28 days over the next couple of months - it's at least 30 quid a trip (words fail me) - if anyone is in a position to help me out (it'll save me having to sell my body - God help us) I will be eternally grateful - writing this and asking for help is not easy - and now I want to spout a load of 'why you should bother' messages - but come on, you'd all miss me if I snuff it early - and I might have to pop in and haunt you if you can't find a quid xx
