Rucking for Jayla Fundraising Campaign
Donation protected
The name of the game, no matter the sport, is to get possession of the ball and score. In rugby that is called rucking. It is part of the game where one or more players interlock their arms and in unison push to get possession of the ball and reach their goal. My daughter Jayla Twitty affectionately known as “Jay”, has made the Midwest Thunderbird Team, a national, high school girls’ select team slated to play in Ireland before she even starts college! She also just received an invitation to try out for the USA Rugby National team in San Diego, CA. Even though it is truly an honor to be invited to try out for select teams, it is also very expensive. For example, the expense to try out for the USA Rugby Team this December is $1,500+ (as you have to pay for your own airfare [$900] and tryout [$650] fees). I am humbly asking that you get on the “Jay-Train” and ruck with me to raise $7,000 for my daughter, Jayla Twitty.
All donations, large and small are GREATLY appreciated. For more information, to host a fundraiser, or donate directly please contact Amber Twitty.
