Hello Everyone,
it's almost a year since my HSCT treatment! Now it's time to return back to Chicago. With the medical bills from the transplant, I am trying to raise money to return back to Chicago to prove I beat M.S.
I know a lot of you helped me get there and I'm very grateful. It cost a lot of money to stay in Chicago for a week to prove I beat my disease. If you can please help with donations; I would greatly appreciate it.

My name is Jay. I am 35 and recently married with the hope of a beautiful wife. Thinking I was finally going to habe the life I was dreaming of.
The bad news came in April, 2015 when I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Multiple Sclerosis. Medications, platelet transfusions, and other forms of treatments all failed me. My health deteriorated in a short period of time. The pain is excruciating. My body pretty much gave up on me. I was a "gym rat" always working out. I am lucky now if I can get out of bed. My body felt like it was on fire. My nerves just burned, and nothing I could do to stop the progression of my disease.
After extensive research, I found Dr. Burt. He is the lead of this amazing Northwestern transplant at University in Chicago specializing in Auto-Immune disease. Dr. Burt has a clinical trial fighting Auto-Immune Diseases with HSCT Therapy. Out of thousands of people, I was chosen to participate in his stem cell study which has halted several Auto-Immune diseases including Devic’s Disease, a rare and more aggressive disease. I am recently diagnosed in the middle of February, 2016.
I have not worked since December 2014 and have not been paid since June 2015. finances are totally exhausted, and my credit cards have reached their limits. Traveling to Chicago, as well as housing while I undergo treatments, has taken a financial toll. Friends and family have been supportive, but now I turn to others for financial help. I hope and pray that one day my life will be free from pain and disability. I believe Dr. Burt’s program is my only hope. I thank you in advance for your prayers and support. God bless.
