Baby Jaxon's Broken Heart

At 13 days old Jaxon Hall suddenly turned blue and his parents took him to the ER in Glasgow. There it was determined he was in heart failure and transported him to Kosair hospital in Louisville. The left side of his heart was so swollen the valve couldn't open to the right even on the heart lung machine. They got it flowing with a catheter procedure. They later determined both sides of his heart were very weak. As of 2/25 the doctors suspect a viral infection is attacking his heart but they are not sure. He is stable but testing will be slow because he is small and weak.

Shane and Jennifer have recently changed jobs and Jaxon's insurance coverage is scheduled to change next month. This faces them with the possibility of two deductibles for his highly specialized care.
