My cousin needs an emergency surgery and has to travel as soon as possible to Texas. In order to do so, he will need a portable oxygen concentrator with specific features as specified by his doctor, plane tickets,and money to take care of him and his family while there. He has Hermansky pudlak syndrome,pulmonary fibrosis,pulmonary hypertension,colitis and hypoxemia.
