Jason's Fire Recovery

Donation protected
I didn't think I would ever be doing something like this, but when it has happened in my family before and they were lucky enough to live through it I feel like I am needed to ask for help. One of my best friends, whom is like a brother, is out of a home and will be losing many of his personal items from fire, smoke and water damage from the recent fire that happened in Hillcrest on Thursday December 1st. Many of you know Jason Blair, it was his aparment that received most of the damage when an electrical fire broke out in the building on 4th and University. The firemen had to break through the walls, his apartment was full of smoke and soaked from the water hoses. Most of all his belongings have been damaged one way or another and he has been relocated while the investigation happens further and then repairs. I would love to help him get back on his feet and get some of his clothes, bed, couch and all those items that can't be just painted over like walls and bedframes to mask the damage. He doesn't even know when he will get to go "home" again as it will all need to be ripped apart and dried so no mold will form. My family has gone through this scenario before so I am all too familiar, he is lucky that the fire didn't take pictures/memories away from him, but that doesn't make it any less painful and easy.

Please help, big or small I would like to do what I can to help a friend, it could of been any of us!
