Jason Leszinski's Medical Fund

Jason is a fun loving, kind-hearted, hard working individual that holds friendship and family in high regards. For those of you that know Jason, you know he is someone who would do anything for 'a friend in need.' Well, now Jason could use some help himself.

Earlier this year Jason slipped and fell, an incident which resulted in shattering his kneecap. He has since had surgery and will be out of work for 4-6 months. The repair requires immobilization for several weeks, after that, rehabilitation will slowly allow him to regain his mobility and strength.  Jason works hard at two jobs, however, due to the physical nature of both these positions, he will not be able to return to work for several months, during this downtime financial hardships are anticipated. 

Jason’s primary job is with a wonderful family owned business that is willing to support him through this. However, his short-term disability will only partially help cover his medical expenses along with his monthly bills.

As part of Jason’s family, we are asking for help to reduce the financial strain . We are hoping for help to get him through these next few months so he does not fall behind on mortgage payments and bills and can place his focus on his rehab.
