Jared Goeke Medical Fund

Jared Goeke suffered severe injuries in a traffic accident on Saturday morning, April 22, 2017.  He was a passenger in a vehicle driven by his dear friend, who sadly died in the accident.   Their vehicle was jammed between two 18-wheelers.    The spot where Jared was sitting happened to be the only part of the vehicle that was not completely crushed.   Firefighters extricated him from the vehicle and he was then life-flighted to Memorial Hermann in the Medical Center.  He has injuries and broken bones all over his body.    The most concerning injury involves neurological issues.  He will be in the hospital for several weeks and faces continuing recovery once he is home.  He is being cared for in the best way possible and his family is by his side.
