Last wish for family vacation

Life is an adventure and a gift .At any moment we can be faced with our mortality. When faced with limited time many people begin to plan out what they can do to make the most out of the time remaining with the ones they love.( bucket list)
For Jacqueline Sherman Demeule time is slipping away cruely fast for this beloved wife , partner , mother , friend , advocate for lgbqt+/ polyamerous peoples ,philanthropist. She was diagnosed with a very rare Terminal form of atypical Parkinson's multiple system atrophy ( MSA) .We would like to come together and help contribute to reaching the financial goals to allow her to reach her bucket list item.
She knows she has a limited time to spend with her family and her dream is to have a family vacation by the ocean.A family member has graciously offered her accommodations in California for 4 nights in a villa overlooking the ocean close to Disneyland in October. However the expenses of travel , to go to Disneyland , vehicle rentals etc are far too high especially with the expenses of her medications , and limited expendable income as she is no longer able to work .
We are asking people to help us reach our fundraising goal so her partners and their 3 children can go on vacation in california and to Disneyland without further financial strain or hardship and to allow Jacqueline to cross this dream experience off her bucket list.The money would be for flights, a rental car, and money for Disneyland for her 2 partners and their chikdren, and neccessary expenses for their time away.
This horrible debilitating disease could not happen to a lovlier family or woman. This woman helps to run multiple charities in the Edmonton area to raise donations for our homeless as well as people battling cancer. She is a mentor and friend to so many in the poly community as she has been with her husband for 17 years and other partner for nearly 8. She is a compassionate and epathetic person who would give the shirt off her back to help others. Now it is our turn to help her. ♡ Let's make the most of her remaining time on this Earth and show this Earth angel our grattitude, love and support by helping to raise the funds for her final Bucket list item to be experienced fully with her beloved family . ♡
This disease is very unpredictable and while we hope we are able to raise the funds for october and she is well enough to travel should she not be well enough the money would all go to her and her family to help with end of life care and support .
