Janice's Medical Fund

At only 42 years old, our dear friend, Janice was diagnosed with breast cancer in July 2008. She underwent a bilateral mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation therapy and has been courageously battling since that time. Then, in November of 2013, she was diagnosed with metastasis to the bones. She began chemo and radiation therapy again. In December of 2016, she was diagnosed with metastasis to the liver and lungs. She is currently receiving additional chemotherapy again.

 

She is an amazing mother to her son Jeffrey and mother in-law to her daughter in law Chelsi (just recently married). She is also a loving sister, aunt and very dear friend to so many. Janice is a very strong, independent and proud woman. Despite all that she has been going through she is always the first to ask how she can help if someone else is in need. Never, does she complain of the battle she is fighting, she is so extremely positive and loves life!

 

When we as her friends have asked how we can help her, she simply says: Please just pray for me, and pray for all that are living with cancer. Janice is the type of person that is always asking how she can help others, and NEVER asks for help herself.

 

As Janice’s friends, we will continue to pray for her and all people living with cancer, but we will also ask for everyone to pray for her and all others. We started this GoFundMe page to be able to offer some financial assistance for dear friend. This will allow her to focus on her fight against cancer and worry just a little bit less when it comes to taking care of bills.
