Hey,
I’m here asking for front money to finish the rebuild of Jane, my ‘04 Heritage, to be ready next year.
the gag is all 50 states on the same bike.
Janes got 200k miles on her rings from covering the lower 48 and she needs some parts, paint and labor to hit the last two: Alaska, Hawaii.
I Started traveling in 2006, a long slog of adventures for sure.
I ve been stalled for years rehabbing my left arm after a surgery.
then I stalled waiting for my buddy to make the run, then recover from getting sick, only to lose his fight.
then I moped around for year.
lastnight I realized I can’t make enough cash between now and next spring to start this last leg. I need up front money or a buyer for my ‘57 Ford.*
So, I have this idea for a motivational, travel book which will fund the trip, pay back or forward the advances sent this way!
The big money comes from Hollywood selling my screenplay for $98k.
A biker movie with more bike time then ER’s 18 minutes/ 12 seconds, and a hot chick.
risk a third round of ammo fired towards the glass bowl of this dreamworld, is I don’t have to win. My movie doesn’t have to be made, or even sold.
I only need to apply myself.
But it’s a damn good story.
I’ve got a stockpile of old work for a graphic novel, and new ideas I’ve not had time to think about but only one blown up novel to my name. Maybe I do suck for writing even when I don’t?
i d like to kick this off on Labor Day 2019.
