My name is Janan Lawless, I am simply a generous lady who personallly dedicates alot of time to helping worthwhile causes all over the world. I would like to get you involved in this charity that is very close to my heart!
Recently I discovered a great program run by a group of angels / volunteers who give their time and their lives so generously to the "Kamalbe Program" helping Xela communities in Guatemala. I would like to share this amazing program with you as we do need your help.
Since 2012, Kamalbe has provided assistance to the less fortunate people in the desolate rural areas of Xela in Guatemla. I am trying to help this program to raise funds so they can provide for the children and communities in Guatemala who are in desperate need of care, medicine, food, clothing, education and basically the bare essentials to live:
- Dental program: covering all the supplies required to provide hundreds of children with dental check ups every year (includes extractions, medicine, toothbrush & toothpaste, education on caring for teeth, gloves for the Dentists and other supplies, including transportation of the Dentists who volunteer their time)...
- Children: aid goes toward their bedding, clothing, food and education so (they dont have to work from the age of 4-5 and) they have an opportunity to go to schoool and learn the basics as well as both Spanish & English
- Adults: alot of adults are caring for children and acting as foster parents when they cannot afford to feed their own children, I am helping two young brothers personally who are in the care of their 70 year old auntie who has to work every day to provide these kids with one meal each, I am now sponsoring the children which in turn assists her too, as it takes a huge burden off her. There are hundreds of adults who generously donate their time to help the children in Guatemala, the Kamalbe program is also made up of adult volunteers.
- Programs: there are so many more programs that Kamalbe would love to deliver to the children and communities in Guatemala but we simply cannot afford to, your contribution will help make this possible!
I personally skype David of the Kamalbe program every week, I see the results of my assistance and speak to the children too. I am even able to see the supplies I have paid for being delivered and the difference it's making to their lives, it's an amazing program which I personally support 100% and I hope that you can too, every single dollar helps, especially when a mere $5 changes lives.
