Janai Lashon's LEAP Support

The opportunity has finally presented itself for me to LEAP! Anyone who knows me, Janai Lashon they know I am always striving for excellence and that I have a heart for youth, artistry and culture. 

I'm proud to announce that I am attending graduate school at Ohio University to pursue a MFA in Acting. I have been offered a full ride scholarship for my 3 year program which I'm extremely grateful for. As I transition over the next month to take advantage of this blessing in this season of my life. I find myself in need of your LEAP support for a few of the following reasons: 

All Play No Work: The graduate program at OU is conservatory style, meaning we attend class and teach between 9am-5pm. All students in the MFA Acting program are cast in a show per semester meaning after 5pm you're in rehearsal from 7pm-11pm M-F for 4-6 weeks. I could use your LEAP support to off set the cost of living ( monthly expenses, food, gas etc.)  going into my first semester until I get some issues situated with my finical aid. 

Help Shrink the 1st Loan: Help me keep my borrowed loan amount low and on a need to borrow bases. The closer I I am to reaching my monetary goal permits me the leverage to borrow smaller loans amounts. This is a 3 year program and most students leave with an estimated $8,000- $23,000. Based on my estimated calculations I will leave with a few thousand more than expected.  

Anything that you're willing or can afford to give will be greatly appreciated.
