Jakob's Top Surgery

For those of you that know someone, or have a family member or friend that is transgender, you'll know the constant outward struggle they experience daily to feel comfortable in their own skin. Jakob is the kindest, most caring person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing, and if anyone deserves to feel comfortable within themselves, it's him. Fortunately, top surgery is a huge step in the right direction. Unfortunately, any surgery comes with a cost and though insurance covers a portion of the fees, theres a lot left to be paid out of pocket. As a twenty year old full time student that already works two jobs to stay afloat, it's impossible for him to get the surgery without help. For those of you that know Jakob, think of the last time he babysat your child, lent a hand in yard work/house work, or even just offered emotional support. For those of you that don't know him personally, rest assured that he would give the shirt off of his back for a stranger.
