My name is Jacob Pacheco, I am a competitive disabled athlete who was diagnosed with Cerebral-Palsy as an infant. 

I am trying compete in  the World Adaptive Surf League (WASL) which is part of the Western Surfing Association (WSA). The WASL is a means to eventually compete at the world adaptive surfing championships held by the International Surf Association (ISA)

All funds raised will be used towards the following:

Surfing equipment (wetsuit, surfboard, leashes, traction pad, surf fins, etc.)
Entry and Licensing fees to compete
Travel expenses (flights, hotels, etc.)
