Jake Fields starting over

I am a disabled Veteran with PTSD and depression issues I was in the service for 20 years (Army) and going through a devorce and living on a very tight fixed income and have to find a new place to live for my self my niece and son when I have him and our dogs, I have found a house to rent. So that’s one thing down but with the divorce going on I got way behind with the gas and electric bills and need both taken care of before Nov. 1 2018 as part of our settlement. I’m just looking for help getting started up again, I have been married for almost 8 years and just trying to start my life over again.
