Send Jacob to Zambia (and back?)

I am planning to travel to Zambia (located in southern Africa) in early October for approximately 10 days. During these 10 days I will join Bishop Alfred Kanjuye in teaching and preaching in locations across the country of Zambia. Bishop Alfred has been asking me to visit and help him spread the good news of the Gospel for many years (and has come to share with us here in the United States several times.) I'm finally ready to give back and answer his call for help. But I need help raising the necessary funds for this trip. I will need to pay for round-trip airfare to Lusaka, Zambia as well as for train fare, a guest visa, a guestroom in Kafue, Zambia, meals, transportation, vaccinations and preventative medication for malaria.

Please do not feel pressured to give! I believe that God will provide the funds necessary without anyone feeling like they need to or have to give. I don't like asking for money from anyone for anything but unfortunately travel to southern Africa is rather costly.

Whether you can financially support the trip or not, what you CAN do is pray for me as I prepare for the trip. I'm nervous and anxious about being away from Sarah and Tobias and about traveling in a new place halfway around the world. I value your prayers and I thank all of you who have supported Bishop Alfred in the past when he's been here visiting.
