Jacob Salkowicz's Cancer Fund

As many of you know and some are learning now, Jacob has been diagnosed with Level 3-E Lymphoma. His treatment plan includes a high level of chemo on 21 day cycles until the cancer growths are eliminated. There are clusters on the left side of his neck, around his stomach, and near his intestines.

As of March 16th Jacob has had two biopsies, several full body scans, and bone marrow taken from both hips. His chemo will knock out his white blood cells for up to 15 days. During this time he will have daily visits to the hospital for check ups and monitoring to make sure he is not getting an infection. There are a few other things that could happen as a result of the cancerous growths shrinking that could be a medical emergency.

All this said, aside from Jacob not being able to work, Jacob and Molly will be living in Rochester for the duration of his treatment. This decision was tough for both of them but they are ready to hit this full speed ahead.

Being newlyweds for under a year and just 21 aside, this will be their first time living on their own, Jacob will not be working, and Molly will be attempting to care for him while working remotely when she can from Rochester. There are a variety of needs that are already apparent and many more that will come up as treatment progresses.

Your donation will be spent on Medical bills, parking costs for daily parking in hospital ramps, living expenses, and every day necessities.
