Make her world colorful again

Donation protected

She's an artist, a designer, a creator, passionate about the world and what it had to offer, and how she could offer it right back.

Michelle had always been passionate about friends, family, being active and designing beautiful work to share. She would often use those same talents to contribute to the community too, running for charities, designing an app that brought people with similar medical issues together or creating art with meaningful messages and so on.

The challenges against Michelle rose long ago beginning as far back as middle school when she first collapsed after a run for a practice. After a few more of these same occurences and no clear answers as to the cause of it all, she was asked to stop running. This of course was heart breaking for her but she took on the advice and moved her focus on to college.

Far into the semester after things had settled some, the collapsing, loss of breath, seizures, numbness and so on started up again. After a heart monitor, several emergency room trips, various doctor appointments with all kinds of doctors, we still had no answers as to what was happening. We were perplexed, confused, frustrated and feeling helpless. Unfortunately it would escalate during my sister's final and senior year of college. A bright future ahead nearing college graduation was put to a pause. As we were told, Michelle had asked her boyfriend to bring her to the hospital as she was feeling uneasy. Upon entering, she collapsed and took a fall hitting her head on the hard surface. She suffered a concussion that evening and though she was released from the hospital, the effects would carry on for the next several weeks. She continued to visit doctors following the event and would leave each time with no answers. We are at the point now where she is suffering severe depressive episodes.

Unfortunately while she fights this battle, the medical bills have piled up, and since she has had to leave school the unfinished semester at BGSU is still requiring payment for tuition and rent. While initially I wanted to seek help for the medical bills and the tuition I've decided whats more important at the moment is bringing her will and passion back to life. I'm seeking assistance to fund for outpatient therapy hoping that this could kickstart her will to continue fighting and to see the beautiful colors of this world again. My sister has been there for me during my lowest points and during my best moments, I may be states away now but I still hold my family dear to me in every way.

Thanks in advance for your generosity, your kindness, your support, and for opening your heart.
