My dear friend  Michele is in the hospital.  No one knows what happen, her Son, Anthony Cardillo said goodnight to her at 1 a.m. and when he woke up at 8 a.m. she was on the floor passed out.  She was brought to the hospital and was in ICU for a week, finally she is in her own room, she needs physical therapy and it will probably be a long road to recovery.  Anthony is doing the very best he can (at 19 years old) to take care of their house, his sister and the needs of his mom.  He has been there for Michele every step of the way.  He has had the support of his Firehouse but that will not be enough.  Michele has a long road to recovery,  they need help with their rent, the electric, water, food and other bills.  Michele was the bread winner.  Her son goes to school and has a part-time job.  He wants to be a police officer, he is a Volunteer Fireman in Massapequa, NY.  Anthony is also taking care of Julie, his sister who has disabilities, she can take care of a lot on her own but he worries about her as well.    Anthony is doing his very best to keep it all together.  Please help these wonderful people get on their feet.  If we could raise enough money so Michele could have at least 6 months without worry that would be a blessing from god.  Michele has not had an easy road, her husband passed away when the kids were young, her daughter almost died at 9, she needed a liver transplant and now this.  In all her short comings, she manage to raise two wonderful kids.  They are both loving, caring, respectful,  kind human beings that wouldn’t think twice about helping you out. All I ask is that you give to this family, any amount helps, I have always donated to help others now I am asking to help Michele, Anthony and Julie.
