My exciting journey into the world of triathlon commenced in 2015, struggling to swim one length of front crawl in a 25m pool!
A stubborn and persistent nature has its advantages.
I am currently training towards the 2019 Sprint & Standard Distance Triathlon European Championships being held in The Netherlands and Russia. And excitingly the ITU World Championships in Switzerland to represent the GB Age Group Team.
During the 2018 racing season I participated in Triathlon England's Eastern Region League, taking part in 4 of the 21races. Taking a podium position at each event meant becoming the 2019 EASTERN REGION CHAMPION and EASTERN REGION SPRINT CHAMPION.
I am proud to take every opportunity, find my limits and exceed them.
The Great Britain Age-Group competition offers all Home Nation members a unique opportunity to compete at International Level in triathlon. There is currently no available funding for Age-Group triathletes and is all self funded. This is where I am asking for your help to help continue this journey.
