Irma is coming, need to evaculate

We are on the Florida East Coast in Volusia county, I am very afraid that this storm could devistate and flood my area, as well as many areas where my friends reside.  I have a 4 1/2 year old girl cinder, and I'd like to drive to Lake City, FL, for 2 days (Fri, Sat) 8th and 9th.  Hopefully going north and inland would help keep us safe.  I hope to stay at a motel with my daughter for that time, and then return home.
I know it is not the same devistation that is predicted in miami and the keys, but I still hope that I could get some help to do this small thing to keep my daughter same incase anything drastic happens.
I am more than greatful for any help that can be given.
