iPhone for Student With Low Vision

(Picture posted with permission) I love this 7th grade student of mine!  He was born with congenital cataracts and had surgery as a baby, but he still only has (very low) 20/400 vision. All six of his siblings and his mother have the same visual condition. None of them can drive and all of the siblings have dropped out of school in junior high or high school. He is SO determined and SO responsible and smart and I know he’s going to make it!  He loves technology and the accessibility features on an iPhone far superceed any other device or phone out there. It replaces all the crazy expensive tools that were previously used by the blind population, and is life changing! Please help me purchase a used iPhone to surprise him and open up a whole new world to him! THANK YOU!!!
