Int'l Men's Gymnastics Camp

We are excited to announce that Raydel Gamboa, Joey Pepe and Max Odden from North Valley Gymnastics in Phoenix, AZ have been selected to represent Region 1 at an international training camp at the National Training Center in Tata, Hungary.   I am Courtneay Odden (Max's mom) and am coordinating the fundraising effort to help raise the funds necessary to send the boys on this trip. The boys will have the opportunity to train with the Hungarian National teams, work with coaches from across the world and experience the thrill of men's gymnastics on a international scale. They will travel with their coach, Travis Rainer, and will be traveling for 2 weeks, leaving July 22nd and returning on August 5th. The total cost for the trip is $12,000, but our immediate goal is to raise $5000 by April 1st. This trip will come on the heels of their Junior Olympic travel season, so we are asking for you support to help send these dedicated athletes on a trip of a lifetime!  The last time an International Region 1 training camp was held was 2007, in which 2016 Olympic Team members Alex Naddour, Jake Dalton and Sam Mikulak represented Region 1 in Japan. To this day, they say this trip was a turning point for their gymnastics careers.
