Internship with Freedom Flims

This summer, I hope to participate in an unpaid internship with the mission organization Freedom Films, in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I am looking to raise support to help cover the costs of the ticket there and back, a small allowance for transportation and food, and the cost of a visa (about $80) and a work permit (about $100). Right now, I’m looking at a total need of $2,500.
Here’s what I will be doing: Part of the summer will be used to run a summer program teaching kids about photography and film, and how to make their own media content. It is a great opportunity for mentoring and reaching out to kids. I will also be helping with the organization's various film projects - in both production and editing - which use the power of media to share the story of Christ, as well as document the impact of Christ in Thailand.
