Intended Rehabilitation

Hi my name is Lisa Gordon, Matthew Gullatt’s mom. We are from Toledo,Oh my son Matthew J Gullatt is doing a lot better. He is attending Speech, Physical and Occupational Therapy 3X a week. He still has a long road to go. His brain is healing slowly. We thank everyone for their donations but we still need help with St. Vincent’s , Flower hospital medical bills & Neuroscience center for his physical therapy which we will be applying the funds to the remaining balance of each medical bill.

All funds are intended for the future physical rehabilitation of Matthew Gullatt’s recovery and well being concerning his recent traumatic experience. Although he was covered by insurance, future treatment or treatment facilities for the return to his previous physical/mental state may become costly and any help would be greatly appreciated. The go-fund me goal amount is not to be reached or exceeded but only intended as a safety net. If the goal is reached and/or exceeded any funds left over will go directly to Matthews continued education or a suitable charity.
